Lauren Brockman

Head of Construction Management 

With over 35 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Mr. Brockman’s career encompasses the successful acquisition, rehabilitation, design, and development of approximately 11,000 multifamily units with a total aggregate value of approximately $3 billion.

Mr. Brockman began his career with Allied Realty Services, where he played a pivotal role in coordinating the rehabilitation and development of communities in Houston. His dedication and leadership paved the way for his promotion to principal in 2000. His career is distinguished by a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience across all facets of the multifamily rental industry, including market feasibility, project financing, development, construction, onsite construction management, property management, and asset management.

Following his tenure at Allied, Mr. Brockman founded Anbrock, LLC, in 2012 and later launched Convergence Rental Housing Group in 2022. Convergence provides development services and asset management focused on rental housing assets, particularly in the Mountain and Northeast regions.

Mr. Brockman is an active participant in numerous industry associations. He served as the President of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver for the 1999-2000 term and as the President of the Colorado Apartment Association (CAA) from 2002 to 2003. His ongoing contributions to the industry include serving on the board of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Regis University, earning a B.S. in Business Administration.
